Grunder

I Elvenar finns det fem enheter för varje ras som behöver låsas upp och tränas i baracken, men du kan även träna speciella enheter i Legosoldatlägret och i Övningsfältet Enheterna är lika starka för alver och människor men de har något olika taktisk utformning.

Båda raserna börjar med närstridsenheter. Den huvudsakliga skillnaden mellan alver och människor för dessa enheter är att människornas ger mer skada men har svagare försvar medans alvernas är mer balanserade. Båda raserna låser även upp lätta och tunga distansenheter, magienheter och tunga närstridsenheter så småningom. Den sista enheten i baracken är en magisk understödjare för båda raserna.

Dessutom, genom att besöka provinser på världskartan så får du möjlighet att upptäcka andra enheter du kan slåss mot. Dessa trupper beror huvudsakligen på typ av provins och avståndet från din stad.

Förutom den första enheten, som låses upp när du låser upp baracken, så måste alla andra enheter låsas upp med respektive teknologi i forskningsträdet. Du kan också förbättra alla enheternas teknik genom att forska fram motsvarande "befodran".

1 Enhetsnivå Unit Level Each Unit has a Level, indicated by the number of stars, in theVarje enhet har en nivå, indikerat av antalet stjärnor army setup window Du kan se dessa stjärnor under enhetsbilden.
2 Typ - Varje enhet har en typ som är en del av en klass-
3 Enhetsklass - Varje klass beskriver vilken taktisk grupp enheten tillhör.
4 Bäst mot - Här kan du se vilken klass som enheten har en bonus mot. De kan vara en attack mot och/eller en defensiv bonus. Om du hoovrar med musen över ikonen får du mer information. Ju fler svärd desto bättre!
5 Skada Damage Skadan är ett värde som hamnar slumpmässigt mellan enhetens skadenummer.
6 Hälsopoäng Hitpoints Hälsopoäng per enhet
7 Attackräckvidd Attack Range Det här är den maximala distansen enheten kan attackera på.
8 Rörelseräckvidd Movement Range Antalet fält enheten kan förflytta sig på en runda.
9 Initiativ Initiative The unit with the higher Initiative will act earlier in the battle round. Enheten med högre initiativ agerar först.
10 Vikt Weight Enheter har olika vikt. Ju tyngre enheten är, desto mindre antal enheter får plats i truppen.
11 Tillbakaslag Strike Back Denna färdigheter låter enheter automatiskt kontra efter att de blivit attackerade på nära håll. Numret visar hur många gånger de kan kontra per runda.
12 Specialförmågor - Dessa är besvärjelser eller speciella effekter för attacker. Om du flyttar musen över ikonen får du en beskrivning över förmågan.

Enhetsklasser

I Elvenar hittar du fem klasser av enheter: Lätt närstrid, kortdistans, tung närstrid, långdistans och magiker.

Varje klass har sina tillhörande enhetstyper. Till exempel: Fastän svärdtämjare, yxkrigare, kerberos och orcher alla är olika enhetstyper så tillhör dem samma klass: Lätt närstrid. De är alla lätta närstridsenheter så trots att de har olika strategier under strid så har de ändå likartade värden för hälsopoäng och attack.

Magiker Mage.png Stödjeenhet med särskilda magiska förmågor (svag HP, svag attack, förmåga att ändra egenskaper hos målet tills slutet på nästa runda).


Specialförmågor

En del enheter har specialförmågor som t.ex. reducerar en fiendes försvar vilket ökar skadan som görs av nästföljande attackerande enheter. Andra har förmågan att reducera en fiendes attackstyrka för att skydda ens trupper. Dessa buffar kan läggas ihop.
